Verdes Fine Art and Unique Gift Show/ March 14 and 15, 2025 / Artist Registration

 
 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Saturday, January 25, 2025.

Application taken on first-come, first-serve basis.

There are a few changes which we hope will be exciting for all that want to participate in the 2025 Spring Show.

DATES
The Verdes Fine Art and Unique Gift Show will be held over two days at the Rio Verde Community Center:

• Friday, March 14 from 4 pm to 7 pm
• Saturday, March 15 from 9 am to 3 pm

IMPORTANT: By registering you agree to
1. Participate both days - Friday and Saturday.
2. Pick a job assignment from this diverse list (click here) and choose a time-slot for selling raffle tickets.

SETUP AND ACCESS
The rooms will be available for artist set up on Friday, March 14 from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm and Saturday, March 15 the doors will open for artist access at 8 am.

Artists will be responsible for the take down and storage of their items after the show.
Artists cannot begin take down until after 3:00 PM on Saturday. FIRM.

COST

$35 for a Single Table Display [up to: 2 grids, 1 table, chair(s)]
$45 for a Double Table Display [up to: 4 grids, 2 tables, chair(s)]

EXTRAS
You may request one extra grid for an additional $15.*
You may also request an Electric Outlet.

* Availability of extra grids is limited. Requests will be honored in order of registration date and assigned after registration closes.

TO REGISTER

  1. Read and Agree to the Waiver (click on button below to view).

  2. Complete the online registration form below.

  3. Mail your check to Verdes Art League (address below). Check must be received within 7-days of application.

PAYMENT and WAIVER:
Pay with CHECK ONLY  -  NO CASH. Payable to “Verdes Art League”
