Verdes Art League Fall + Holiday Sale/ November 15 and 16, 2024 / Artist Registration
ONLY VERDES ART LEAGUE MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2024. There are 28 spaces available (first come, first serve).
Please read the below information carefully, there are a few changes which we hope will be exciting for all that want to participate in the 2024 Fall Show.
DATES
The Fall Verdes Art League Art Show will be held over two days at the Rio Verde Community Center:
• Friday, November 15 from 4 pm to 6 pm
• Saturday, November 16 from 9 am to 1 pm
IMPORTANT: By registering you agree to participate both days - Friday and Saturday.
SETUP AND ACCESS
The rooms will be available for artist set up on Friday, Nov. 15 from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm and Saturday, Nov. 16 the doors will open for artist access at 8 am.
Artists will be responsible for the take down and storage of their items after the show.
Artists cannot begin take down until after 1:00 PM on Saturday. FIRM.

COST
$35 for a Single Table Display [up to: 2 grids, 1 table, chair(s)]
$45 for a Double Table Display [up to: 4 grids, 2 tables, chair(s)]
EXTRAS
note: availability is limited so requests will be honored in order of registration date.
You may request one extra grid for an additional $10.
You may also request an Electric Outlet.
