The Verdes Art League Fine Art Show and Sale will be held at the Rio Verde Community Center this year, on Saturday, November 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The participating artists will have a variety of works in several different mediums including oil, watercolor, and acrylic paintings.

Other art work shown will include bead weaving, fiber art, small sculptures, metal and wood pieces, painted gourds, jewelry, quilting, photography, painting on tile and glass and several types of artist note cards.

The Verdes Art League Fine Art Show and Sale is open to the public and admission is free. Rio Verde is located eight miles north of Fountain Hills on Four Peaks Avenue, one block west of Forest Road, between McDowell Mountain Road and Dynamite (Rio Verde Drive). Take Dynamite Rd. (Rio Verde Dr.) to Forest Rd. Turn right onto Forest and continue south and turn right on Peaks Blvd. The Rio Verde Community Center is on the right past the tennis courts.
