PATIO TOUR
The Verdes Art League (VAL) invites you, family, and friends to a self-guided art tour in Rio Verde hosted by VAL. From 1-4 p.m. visit the patios of seven Rio Verde homes where VAL artists will display their work and demonstrate technique. Several patios will feature interactive art opportunities (e.g., painting, clay, and jewelry making) for children and adults.
RECEPTION
Next, head to a reception from 4-5:30. Trish Wolber has graciously offered her house on Vado Court in Rio Verde. This fabulous house boasts a spectacular location, an expansive deck overlooking stunning views that lead your eye across the Golf Course directly up to Four Peaks. We could not be happier with the unique location for our Wine Reception, it is a true gem for all to enjoy.
LARGER THAN LIFE – STAND OUT GALERY: A highlight of the evening will be this installation of (8) unique large format creations represent a variety of media including, Paintings, Collage, Sculpture, Masks, Gourds and more!
MUSIC: For the enjoyment of all, there will be lively entertainment by guitarist Jack Hinerman throughout the reception with plenty of room for dancing!
SILENT AUCTION: As in prior years, the Verdes Art League will host a “Silent Auction” to benefit both Artists and Guests.
ARTiSAN-DONATED RAFFLE: Additionally, a few lucky winners will claim their prizes from the “Artisan donated Raffle”.
We have some wonderful volunteers that have offered to help with ticket sales at the post Office starting in March. We will update the website with those dates.
We are still looking for a few volunteers to fill in here and there, prior to the event, during the reception and a bit of clean-up as well. Please reach out to Toni or Betsy if you want to join in. We appreciate in advance all who sign up.
