Photographing Your 2-D Art

  • Rio Verde Community Center, Art Room Rio Verde, Arizona (map)

Make a Positive Impression. Host: George Gruel

You might be tempted to take a few snapshots of your work and to call it good enough. But often (and frankly), the result will not be a good reflection of your talent. In this workshop professional photographer and VAL member George Gruel will provide pointers on how to photograph your two-dimensional work. He will cover photographing pastels, oil, acrylic, watercolor, collage (and more). Don’t worry if you don’t own an expensive camera, George will show you how to accurately reflect your artwork using the camera that you have. Yes, even if this is your cell phone camera.

Up to 10 participants. George will offer this workshop again on Jan 15.
